TELEPORTATION!
Involves criteria like:

1) needing to have been somewhere before or being in line of sight. Trying to teleport to a place he knows about conceivably but doesn't meet these criteria results in [NOT GREAT THINGS] (see also: his disappearance at age 12 and ending up in the ocean somehow and getting amnesia. don't even worry about it)

2) ONLY CAN TELEPORT WITH UP TO 2 PEOPLE AT A TIME. because he has 2 hands. but also it is very taxing on his energy doing that more than once. Rika (bot) says if he teleports with more than 5 people (so 2 + 2 + 1), he will pass the fuck out. /jazz hands

3) he can't teleport off the ship. or wherever they next end up. mostly because it's Showmaster's Blessing and that ends up with [funky things]. so he'd either end up in the ocean or somewhere else on the ship if he tries. probably also with a terrible full body ache because space warping nonsense.

BEDAZZLING TEARS (Charm Effect)
Basically, when he cries, he's just so pretty. Shoujou sparkles, bubbles, spinning roses... they whole nine yards. Charm effect can range from Intense Platonic Affection to Outright Obsessive Adoration And Love. Effect can last however long person affected wants it to last after he stops crying.

Charm effect can be defeated with a Perception or Will Check on a 1d6 or something idk if people wanna have fun with that. though probably it's just "hey, you can break out of Charm State if your character Just Isn't That Interested".
