For the record, you really shouldn't point out how stubborn I am before trying to shut me out. Even if it's a longer way 'round to go about it, I will find a way eventually.

That all said,

I'm sorry.

I wasn't trying to say you were stupid and I get that it probably came across that I was taking Beato's side over yours, but that's not what I was trying to do. There's just been a lot going on that you're probably not aware of and probably my temper hasn't been the best, but I didn't mean to take anything out on you.

What I tried to tell you after you put the block in place was that Beato's also been having a pretty hard time. Between the way Jamil used hypnosis to force her to talk about her personal truths during the hostage game, Lambdadelta's arrival where Lambda probably hurt her pretty badly, and even now with Zwei dismembering her right after this most recent game and still having to act as Finch's leader, trying to keep in mind she can't just make decisions on her own--it's been hard.

I just want you to keep in mind why Beato would be acting the way she was. That's all. I'm not going to suggest you should make up or you shouldn't be upset with her, but just to try and understand what she's going through that would have her say those things to you.

She was pretty upset after you left Finch, you know. My phone's text messages are pretty scarce, so when Beato reaches out to me like that, it's pretty bad. And she put responsibility for what happened between you two entirely on herself. She probably thinks she's ruined everything entirely and because she's herself, she doesn't have the confidence to be the first to reach back out. So please don't take a lack of action on her part to be a finality on anything.

I can be pretty stubborn, but so can you. That's not a bad thing. Maybe you need the space, maybe I'm missing things that are happening for you, too. If that's the case, I am always willing to listen and hear you out. Or, at least, let someone in and talk to them.

I'm worried this might even be the wrong way to go about this, or that I've completely messed everything up back during that one game and I don't know how to [YEAH NO THAT LINE'S VERY SCRIBBLED OVER, some pieces might still be legible though]
