"Ah, of course. My Lady is the first to arrive to the trouble." Ronove makes it sound so light, like this isn't a huge fiasco as he takes a handkerchief and dabs it against his brow. "Do forgive the mess."
Virgilia ignores him and focuses on Beato, quickly looking her over to see if there's anything amiss or out of place. "We are fine. A bit weaker than we're used to. It seems Lord BATTLER couldn't fully summon us despite the urgency. We didn't manage to get much of an explanation before he went running off toward the gardens."
"You rush ahead so quickly, but listen for a moment." Virgilia has the tone of Teacher going on. "From what little we were able to get out of him before he went running off, a situation has been exacerbated by an outside factor. Something involving where you and he are both now. But he seemed certain that it wouldn't... become worse?"
Ronove and Virgilia just exchange looks at that. They know Battler too well by this point.
Again, Ronove and Virgilia exchange looks with Ronove gesturing for Virgilia to go first.
She takes Beato's hands into her own, but it's clear that they're not quite solid. Barely there, but strong enough to give her hands a comforting squeeze.
"You know him better than anyone. Do not doubt this. He is, no doubt, very confused about several important things when it comes to himself. Both because of those outside factors, and the internal ones."
"However," adds Ronove with a bit of sly humor, lifting a hand to his lips to hide his smile, "certainly no one would blame you if you find the situation you go into... at least a little aesthetically pleasing. Pukuku."
"Ronove." Now is not the time! Virgilia's tone seems to say before she sighs. "I should be glad that he did not have the strength to summon Gaap as well. The headache would be too much."
"Whatever this influence is, it has been tearing apart the truths of Rokkenjima. That much, Lord BATTLER was able to tell us." Another warily concerned look from Virgilia.
"He's quite frightened by the whole affair, really," adds Ronove, pocketing his handkerchief again before pausing and lifting a finger. "Do keep in mind a sorcerer's habits in that regard. Particularly your husband's."
"This will be a good lesson for him on why he should. Honestly..." Virgilia puts a hand to her forehead and sighs before lowering the hand again to lean forward and place a kiss on Beato's forehead. Poor protege and her dumb husband. "Go on, then. It will be resolved soon enough."
"Shall I prepare tea for that occasion?" Ronove pauses. "Ah, perhaps we won't be able to be maintained here for too much longer. I'll leave a recipe, in that case."
Virgilia returns the hug easily, but says nothing when she pulls back and Beato turns to go. But, in fact, both Virgilia and Ronove are Very Concerned about wherever the Lord and Lady ended up outside of their territory.

[looking to the exit]
That way? I'm going to find him.

Re: Tea Room
[squeezing virgilia's hands back]
Is there anything else I should take into account before I go?

Re: Tea Room
[on an impulse, she's stepping forward to pull virgilia into a brief hug]
I miss you both so much. Being able to see you, even like this... it was nice.
[and she's heading out]
Re: Tea Room
At least the walk to the gardens is nice...
