If you weren't involved in the solution, why would you be alive? Battler could have just let you stay among the dead where you belong if he did not have a use for you here.

She sure can! It's really just paper thin skin and crusty meat flesh. Good news: his heart is also very shriveled and crusty so it's easy to feel the key in it.
ahahadotwav: at a cove, it's called a caven when witches gather in a cave, there are no other cool places to gather so we don't have to think of any additional collective names. (it's called a coven when witches gather)
